All Primary instructors are former Special Forces soldiers (Green Beret) that were assigned at the US Army Special Forces Training Group. Director of Training
Frankie McRae, is the Director Of Training.
He is the former head of the US Army Special Forces Advanced Reconnaissance Target Analysis and Exploitation Techniques Course (SFARTAETC) at Ft. Bragg N.C. He started his military career in the 1st Ranger Bn as an 11B infantryman. He served in the 1st Special Forces Group (ABN) Okinawa Japan, in Cco 1st Bn. 1st SFG(A) (C-1-1) where he was an assault team leader for F team,Troop 1 in the Combatant Commanders In-extremis Force (CIF) conducting operations in Operation Enduring Freedom. Advising, training and standing up the Light Reaction Company of the Armed Forces of the Phillipines (AFP). He was then assigned as an Instructor to the SFARTAETC at the Special Warfare Center and School in Ft. Bragg NC, was promoted and became the NCOIC of the course and awarded for having the highest graduation rate for the course in it's twenty year history . He also served as a Troop SGM Troop 1 and Team SGT ODA-354 in B co 2nd Bn 3rd SFG(A) CIF in IRAQ as an Iraqi Counter-Terrorism Force (ICTF) Company SGM advisor and combat leader on many missions in Iraq and also attended the Israeli Counter-Terrorism Course as an exchange instructor.
Chief Firearms and Tactics Division
William Lancaster, is the Chief of our Tactics Training Division.
He is the former CMMS Range Master of the US Army Special Forces Advanced Reconnaissance Target Analysis and Exploitation Techniques Course (SFARTAETC) at Ft. Bragg N.C. He started his military career in the 101st Airborne Division as an 11B infantryman. He served in 1st Special Forces Group (ABN) Okinawa ,Japan as an 18B in Cco 1st Bn. 1st SFG(A) (C-1-1) where he was assigned as a breacher for F team,Troop 1 in the Combatant Commanders In-extremis Force (CIF). He then served as a cell leader for A cell, Troop 1 SFOD-A351 Bco 2nd Bn 3rd SFG(A) CIF. He served as a Troop Advisor to the ICTF while assigned to B-2-3 with many combat missions while in Iraq and attended the Israeli Counter-Terrorism Course as an exchange instructor.
Chief Driver Training Division
Joseph Newell is the Driver Training Division Chief. He is the former CQB Range Master of the US Army Special Forces Advanced Reconnaissance Target Analysis and Exploitation Techniques Course (SFARTAETC) at Ft. Bragg N.C. He started his career in the 3rd Ranger Bn, Ft Benning, Georgia.He served in the 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne) as an 18F in Cco 1st Bn 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne) in the Combatant Commanders In-extremis Force (CIF) conducting operations in Kosovo. He was then assigned as the lead instructor for linear tgts and Vehicular interdiction at the SFARTAETC. Upon completion of his instructor duties he was an SFOD-A Team Sgt in 2nd Bn, 3rd SFG(A) where he conducted many combat operations in Iraq and in Afghanistan.
Chief Protective Services Training Division
Johnnie Graham is the Protective Services Division Chief.
He is the former lead agent of the US Special Operations Command Protective Services Detail (PSD) at MacDill AFB Tampa F.L. He supervised a 14 personnel detail responsible for protecting the commander from assassination, kidnapping, injury and embarrassment. He has coordinated security operations with all levels of federal and foreign agencies to include the FBI, CIA, NSA, DOD, US Secret Service, Jordanian Secret Service, Israeli Secret Service, Malaysian Secret Service and numerous other foreign security agencies. He has conducted over 100 PSD missions around the world to include Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Jordan, Israel, Colombia, Brazil, Malaysia, Philippines, Poland, United Arab Emirates, India and numerous other locations. He started his military career in the 11th Armored Calvary Regiment as a 19D mechanized scout. He served in the 1st Special Forces Group (ABN) Okinawa Japan, in C co 1st Bn. 1st SFG(A) (C-1-1) where he was an assault team leader for C team, Troop 1 in the Combatant Commanders In-extremis Force (CIF) conducting operations in Operation Enduring Freedom. He also served as an 18F intelligence sergeant, Troop SGM Troop 1 and Team SGT ODA-134 in C co 1st BN 1st SFG(A) CIF in the Philippines as the Light Reaction Company advisor and Quick Reaction Force team sergeant.
Chief Medical Training Division
Art Salisbury is the Chief of Medical Training.
He is a former Special Forces Medical Sergeants (SFMS) and Special Operations Combat Medic (SOCM) Instructor at Ft. Bragg, N.C from July 2003 – January 2007. Upon retiring in January 2007, he remained at the Joint Special Operations Medical Training Center (JSOMTC) until November 2007 as a contractor. He started his career as a Combat Engineer. Upon graduating the Special Forces Qualifications Course (SFQC) in November 1995, he served with the 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne) advising numerous South American Armies in FID missions. In April 1999, was part of the initial team into Colombia to advice, train and prepare the Colombian Army in Operation Plan de Colombia. In June 2007, he returned to Colombia as a contractor working for the Bureau International Narcotics and Law Enforcement as an EMT-P/Search and Rescue Team member until November 2008. He recently returned from an assignment in the FSU teaching a Combat Medic Course to the Armenian Peace Keeping Brigade. He has the following certifications and education: EMT-P; AWLS; AHA ACLS (Instructor); AHA BLS (Instructor); AHA PALS (Instructor); SFQC, 18D; SFMS/SOCM (Instructor); TCCC (Instructor); Dive Medical Technician; Red Cross First Aid, CPR/AED (Instructor); BHS, Health Science, Campbell University, NC; MA, Education (Adult), Central Michigan University, MI.

Heintzman
Chris Heintzman has trained in various martial arts for 29 years. Having competed in martial arts fighting competitions of all kinds, Chris has amassed a great amount of experience and passes this on to students all over the country. Chris is the head instructor for Grandmaster David Chin’s Tai Chi and Kung Fu Center, the owner and Director of Training of the Academy of Martial Studies and the co-creator of the U.R.B.A.N. MCP (Ultimate Reality Based Attack and Neutralization Military Combatives Program). The U.R.B.A.N. Military Combatives Program is currently being employed by Special Operations Soldiers in the Army and by Special Operations Airmen at Hurlburt Field Florida bringing the highest level of training to the Modern War Fighter.
